Not that he intends to go setting fires, yet. It seems a bit obvious.

"I don't mind at all." And then he makes what he considers a fairly safe assumption. There's rarely a wrong time for a bit of flattery, he thinks. "And I do, but I'm sure you're much better, especially if you're the actual forge. I can't imagine there's much you'd need with that sort of control."
